Description
The role manages production planning and scheduling for Refinery Plants 4 and 5, including process orders in SAP, oil balancing, productivity monitoring, budgeting, cost control, utility monitoring, and continuous improvement. It also involves training and coaching subordinate operational staff and supervisors, supporting SAP implementation, and maintaining reports and documentation. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field, 2–5 years of experience in process engineering, manufacturing, production, or a related industry, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Minitab, SAP, or ERP systems, along with knowledge of ISO standards, safety regulations, and environmental requirements.
