Description
The Process Engineer will support Sensient’s Natural Conversion Strategy by developing and improving manufacturing processes, optimizing operating parameters, investigating deviations, and implementing corrective and preventive actions. The role collaborates with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, EHS, Supply Chain, and R&D, applies Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma, and works with global teams to standardize processes. It requires a bachelor’s degree in chemical, process, food, or a related engineering discipline, substantial process-engineering experience, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and fluency in English and Turkish. The position is onsite five days per week and offers training, development, and international experience opportunities.
