Description
Sequel Wire and Cable LLC is hiring a Process Engineer to improve manufacturing processes, product quality, line throughput, and continuous improvement across wire drawing, bunching, extrusion, and jacketing operations. The role includes troubleshooting, root cause analysis, process controls, new-product trials, documentation, capital projects, and compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field, at least three years of manufacturing or process engineering experience, knowledge of copper wire manufacturing, and familiarity with lean manufacturing, SPC, and root cause analysis.
