Serán BioScience is hiring a Process Engineer to lead the design, installation, commissioning, and qualification of pharmaceutical manufacturing systems for its new commercial operations. The role covers facility start-up, cGMP compliance, process validation, tech transfer, operational readiness, continuous improvement, project management, and long-term manufacturing stability. Candidates need a BS or MS in a relevant engineering discipline and at least 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, process engineering, or industrial engineering, along with hands-on start-up and equipment-qualification experience.
