Description
Sharp is hiring a Process Engineer in Hamont-Achel to develop and improve production processes for existing and new products or SKUs. The role focuses on identifying cost savings, efficiency improvements, and output increases; preparing business cases; improving machine and human efficiency; coaching operators and line leaders; participating in new-product and process implementation; coordinating production tasks; and certifying SKU-specific print specifications. The position requires a master’s degree, Lean Six Sigma experience, production and project-coordination experience, relevant software knowledge, Dutch and English language skills, and strong analytical, solution-oriented, innovative, energetic, and organizational abilities.
