Description
The Process Engineer will work at the production site in Lelystad, reporting to the Maintenance and Engineering Manager. The role focuses on process design, improvements, capital projects, new product introductions, technology transfers, scale-up, continuous improvement, process safety, and technical support for operations and engineering teams. The position requires an engineering degree, at least five years of experience in a hazardous manufacturing environment, knowledge of health and safety legislation, computer maintenance management systems, change and project management skills, and Dutch and English proficiency. The stated salary range is 62,000–80,000 euros gross annually, with a 5% bonus.
