Sierra Circuits is hiring a Process Engineer to monitor, audit, optimize, and document PCB plating and via-fill processes; support chemical analysis and equipment installation; manage TruChem software and AutoCAD drawings; lead engineering projects; train operators and junior engineers; and resolve quality issues. The role requires 2–5 years of PCB engineering experience or a BA degree, familiarity with basic computer software, PPE and chemical-environment work, and availability for extended hours. The salary is $95,000–$120,000 with benefits, and the position is open to United States personnel.
