Description
The Injection Molding Production Engineer is responsible for improving bulk production efficiency through process design, automation, defect resolution, scrap reduction, system troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, work-instruction development, and production-floor team leadership. The role requires a Bachelor of Science in Engineering or a related field and/or 5+ years of experience, 3–5 years of processing and automation experience, strong SPC orientation, PC software proficiency, and strong communication and teamwork skills.
