Description
The Process Engineer will design, optimize, standardize, and continuously improve manufacturing assembly processes. Responsibilities include analyzing assembly-line workflows, applying Lean and Six Sigma methods, conducting time and motion studies, designing tooling and automation, integrating robotics and PLC systems, overseeing equipment installation and qualification, diagnosing production defects, monitoring KPIs, developing SOPs, and training operators. The role requires an on-site location in Greater Houston, a bachelor’s degree in industrial or manufacturing engineering or a related field, and 0–3 years of process or manufacturing engineering experience.
