Description
The Process Engineer will develop, optimize, and maintain manufacturing processes for solar panel production, improving efficiency, quality, stability, and cost while supporting continuous improvement, process validation, automation, and safety compliance. The role involves troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, KPI analysis, documentation, training, and collaboration with production, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams. A bachelor’s degree in an engineering field and 3–5 years of process engineering experience in manufacturing are required; solar, semiconductor, electronics, or automated manufacturing experience is preferred.
