Sonoco is hiring a Plant Process Engineer in Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin to lead manufacturing control strategies and continuous process improvement in paper manufacturing. The role analyzes production trends, develops and manages capital projects, applies Six Sigma and Total Quality Management tools, conducts mill audits, manages engineering changes, supports maintenance systems, and collaborates with quality engineers and customers to improve paper grades and control plans. A BS degree in engineering or sciences or equivalent and five years of manufacturing experience are required. The position offers progression through Level I through Senior levels, with annual base salaries ranging from $73,280 to $128,070 plus target bonuses.
