Description
The Process Manufacturing Engineer supports vehicle processing operations by developing, optimizing, and sustaining manufacturing processes. The role analyzes process issues, drives improvements, supports new product launches and production ramp-ups, plans capacity, selects and implements equipment and tooling, maintains production documentation and work instructions, supports audits and CAPA activities, and collaborates with production, engineering, and product development teams. The position requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related discipline, at least two years of industrial or manufacturing experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and independent problem-solving ability.
