Akoustis, a wholly owned subsidiary of SpaceX, is hiring a Process Engineer to support RF filter production for Starlink and defense communications. The role focuses on improving manufacturing yield, quality, and efficiency through process analysis, root-cause investigation, design of experiments, statistical process control, equipment troubleshooting, documentation, and operator training. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or physics and at least one year of relevant semiconductor fabrication or statistical process control experience, is 100% onsite in Canandaigua, New York, and offers a base salary of $80,000 to $115,000 per year for Level I or $95,000 to $130,000 per year for Level II, along with medical, vision, dental, retirement, and other benefits.
