Spartech is hiring a Process Engineer in Goodyear, Arizona to own and improve the manufacturing processes for optical acrylic sheet used in aerospace applications. The role focuses on process improvement, root-cause analysis, troubleshooting, data-driven trials, DOE, yield and labor optimization, customer complaint resolution, project execution, and training operational, process, and quality staff. The position requires a BS degree in Chemical Engineering, Physical Sciences, or an equivalent field, or significant thermoforming experience; at least five years of operations or engineering experience, with three years preferred in plastics-related industry.
