Spartech is hiring a Process Engineer in Manitowoc, Wisconsin to support plastics processing, sheet extrusion, rollstock production, and related manufacturing processes. The role focuses on process improvement, root-cause analysis, troubleshooting, data-driven trials, design of experiments, SOP development, yield and quality improvement, customer complaint resolution, and project leadership. Candidates need a BS degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent practical experience, at least five years of operations or engineering experience, and preferably plastics-industry experience and operational-excellence training.
