Spartronics is hiring a Process Engineer in Watertown, South Dakota, to develop, analyze, and improve manufacturing processes for new and existing products. The role covers process efficiency, root-cause analysis, corrective and preventative actions, prototype manufacturability, tooling and materials, make-or-buy decisions, facility layout, cost estimates, production support, and operator training. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in chemistry, mechanical, electrical, biomedical engineering, or a related field, along with progressive manufacturing experience, DFM and NPI skills, Six Sigma and Lean knowledge, and quality assurance expertise.
