Description
The Process Engineer analyzes production processes and products, improves efficiency, quality, and reliability, collaborates with R&D on new production systems, supports equipment qualification and validation, and provides first-line support for malfunctions. The role also programs PLC, robot, and CNC systems and offers specialist support in robotics and lens models. It requires completed technical higher professional education, English proficiency, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and offers a permanent full-time contract with 32–40 hours per week, a gross monthly salary of €2,800–€3,500, vacation days, a variable bonus, and pension benefits.
