STMicroelectronics is seeking a Process Engineer to contribute to the volume ramp-up of Silicon Carbide (SiC) Technology at their new mass-production fab in Catania, Italy. The primary responsibility involves optimizing and improving the efficiency of manufacturing equipment and industrial processes, focusing on startup and qualification during the initial phases. Key tasks include installing and qualifying new equipment, monitoring performance, troubleshooting failures, creating FDC strategies, and training process technicians.
