Description
The Lithography Process Engineer will develop, optimize, monitor, and troubleshoot semiconductor lithography processes using Canon stepper and scanner systems. The role covers process recipe development, BCD technology, SPC, defect analysis, root-cause analysis, tool qualification, technology transfer, documentation, and continuous improvement. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or science field, semiconductor lithography experience, Canon equipment experience, DNS track knowledge, and exposure to process integration and yield improvement.
