Description
The Process Engineer will analyze, design, implement, and continuously improve production processes across sites in Belgium and the Netherlands, applying lean principles, root-cause analysis, OEE monitoring, corrective and preventive measures, and automation support. The role is full-time, permanent, day-shift, and based in Genk, with regular travel between sites and a requirement for a category B driver's license. The employer is a wood-products company with 1,600 employees in Belgium and the Netherlands.
