Tech Castings is hiring an Investment Casting Process Engineer to develop, validate, optimize, and sustain manufacturing processes for precision aerospace components made by investment casting. The role supports wax, shell, vacuum, and air casting and finishing operations, particularly for nickel- and cobalt-based superalloys; it includes process control, defect analysis, yield improvement, new-product introduction, quality and compliance support, and continuous improvement. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or materials science field and 0–4 years of experience, and it operates in both office and active foundry settings with occasional customer or supplier travel.
