Description
The Process Engineer develops and optimizes cost-effective PTFE manufacturing processes, improves throughput, quality, productivity, and safety, and supports new product introduction, scale-up, troubleshooting, customer issue resolution, cost analysis, documentation, training, and ERP data management. The role works directly in the plant environment and requires a relevant engineering bachelor’s degree, with 2–5 years of manufacturing or engineering experience preferred, along with Excel, Lean, ERP, Six Sigma, and fluoropolymer or lamination experience.
