The Process Engineer will work hands-on in the manufacturing environment at The Baker Company in Sanford, Maine, leading process improvement initiatives and supporting the implementation of new equipment and processes. The role focuses on yield, cycle time, quality, cost, safety, manufacturing flow, Lean manufacturing, process documentation, equipment programming, fixturing, collaborative robotics, and additive manufacturing. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent relevant education and process engineering experience, Microsoft Office experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work more than 40 hours per week when required.
