Thread-Craft is hiring a Process Engineer to develop and improve manufacturing processes for precision linear motion components such as ball screws, ball nuts, lead screws, and related products. The role reviews customer drawings and specifications, evaluates designs for manufacturability, creates routings, CAD and 2D/3D documentation, ERP records, work instructions, and technical support, and collaborates with engineering, production, quality, sales, and leadership. Candidates should have a strong manufacturing foundation, machining or precision manufacturing experience, CAD and 3D modeling experience, and strong problem-solving and communication skills; product-specific knowledge can be taught.
