TTM Technologies is hiring a Process Engineer to plan, analyze, qualify, and improve processes for specialty printed circuit boards. The role covers process and fabrication planning, equipment evaluation, software programming and troubleshooting, customer and supplier support, root-cause analysis, documentation, safety, and hazardous-waste handling. Applicants need a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, strong process-control and project-management skills, and 0–5 years of Process Engineer experience or 7+ years in PCB fabrication or related engineering; U.S. citizenship or permanent residency is required due to ITAR. The position offers a base salary of $62,337–$103,895 plus potential bonus and shift premium compensation.
