Description
UCB is hiring a Process Engineer to support biologics and rAAV clinical manufacturing, including technology transfer, scale-up, SOP and risk-assessment documentation, equipment design and qualification, manufacturing-data analysis, and process optimization. The role requires a relevant Master’s degree, at least three years of biologics drug substance manufacturing experience, strong problem-solving and project-prioritization skills, and fluency in French and English. The position is based at the UCB campus in Braine-l'Alleud, Belgium, with a hybrid-first work arrangement.
