Description
Ulbrich Specialty Wire Products is hiring a Process Engineer in Westminster, South Carolina to support and improve manufacturing processes for its specialty wire business. The role reports to the Director of Process Engineering and works with production, quality, product development, and sales to develop and optimize manufacturing processes, conduct trials, troubleshoot equipment issues, support new product introductions, interface with customers and suppliers, and drive continuous improvement. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field, at least three years of process engineering or manufacturing experience, hands-on process improvement and root-cause analysis experience, knowledge of statistical methods and lean manufacturing, and proficiency with quality systems and Microsoft Office.
