Description
VPG is hiring a full-time Process Engineer for its Process Engineering team. The role focuses on new product implementation and transfer to mass production, PCBA fault and failure analysis, product qualification, SMT and PCBA manufacturing processes, process automation, jig and fixture implementation, ESD training, troubleshooting digital products, and continuous improvement. It requires a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Instrumentation and 4–6 years of experience in electronics manufacturing or process engineering.
