Description
The Process Engineer will improve operational performance, safety, efficiency, and reliability by analyzing processes and data, investigating production or operational issues, supporting engineering and continuous improvement projects, applying Lean methodologies, and preparing recommendations and business cases. The role collaborates with Operations, Facilities, IT, Quality, Management, customers, and suppliers, and may contribute to Lean and 5S training. Knowledge of logistics, engineering, Lean, continuous improvement, project management, or a related field is required, while familiarity with Lean tools, process improvement methodologies, project management tools, or data analysis software is beneficial but not essential.
