Zoiss Engineering GmbH is seeking an experienced process-engineering professional to lead projects, manage P&ID flow diagrams and bills of materials, create and review technical documentation, lead plant commissioning and customer training, and improve internal processes. The role requires a technician degree or further training, preferably in mechanical, process, or food technology; experience in plant construction, ideally in the food industry; project management experience in process plants; independent customer-focused work; excellent German and English skills; and a car driver’s license.
