Description
Mobis North America is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer to lead the development, implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes in an automotive environment. The role covers new product launches, engineering changes, equipment installation and validation, automation and robotics projects, process documentation, root-cause analysis, quality and production readiness activities, and cross-functional project leadership. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline and at least seven years of manufacturing engineering experience are required, with automotive manufacturing experience preferred.
