STMicroelectronics is seeking a graduate engineer for its Backfinish Operations team to support high-volume semiconductor manufacturing. The role involves monitoring and analyzing process performance, identifying yield loss and bottlenecks, troubleshooting equipment and product issues, performing root-cause analysis, supporting qualification and change management, analyzing process data, and participating in audits, inspections, and customer visits. The position requires cleanroom and rotating-shift work, along with strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.
