Description
The Building 3 Process Engineer will analyze, design, and optimize production processes in a cGMP manufacturing environment, supporting efficiency, quality, safety, and continuous improvement. The role prepares batch records, develops and qualifies equipment and workflows, troubleshoots process issues, leads root-cause analysis, monitors process parameters, supports ERP and management information systems, and provides technical training. It is primarily based at the Reading Campus with a secondary location at the East Greenville Campus, requires a bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years of manufacturing or industrial experience, and involves regular plant-floor work, PPE, and occasional off-shift or weekend work.
