Gotion Inc. is hiring a Process Engineer to support the installation, debugging, validation, and ramp-up of new cell-production-line equipment. The role covers process-flow selection, troubleshooting, yield and capacity improvement, documentation, equipment evaluation, process-experiment analysis, and production-line training. Candidates should have process-engineering skills, familiarity with IATF 16949 and quality tools, strong data-analysis and communication abilities, a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or materials field, and at least two years of process-engineering experience. The US base salary range is $70,000 to $120,000 plus a 15% bonus and benefits.
