Description
The Battery Formation Technician executes and oversees cell manufacturing processes across electrode, assembly, and formation areas; troubleshoots complex process and equipment issues; maintains production, batch, and deviation records; supports quality investigations and process improvements; mentors technicians; and upholds safety and compliance practices. The role requires direct experience in battery manufacturing, battery formation, or electrochemical processes, along with experience in high-reliability manufacturing, new-line launches, pilot lines, or manufacturing scale-ups, and familiarity with MES or digital production tracking systems.
