Description
The Process Engineer will support late-stage cell therapy process development, characterization, closed-system and automation strategies, scale-up, PPQ, manufacturing readiness, and lifecycle management. Responsibilities include designing and executing process optimization and characterization studies, analyzing data, reviewing batch records, assessing deviations, and collaborating with analytical and manufacturing science teams. The role requires an M.S. in a relevant engineering or biotechnology field with at least two years of industry experience, or a B.S. with at least seven years of hands-on experience, along with GMP, cell-therapy unit operations, and digital-analytics expertise. The position offers a hybrid arrangement and an annual base pay range of $81,000 to $122,000, with health, dental, and vision coverage.
