Skorpios Technologies Inc is hiring a Process Engineer, Chemical and Mechanical Polish (CMP) in San Diego/Riverside, CA to support development and sustaining engineering for semiconductor wafer fabrication processes in a 24/7 fab environment. The role focuses on CMP and post-polish cleaning across multiple materials, using DOE and SPC to improve yield, quality, cycle time, and tool availability while collaborating with integration, operations, maintenance, and development teams. The position requires a master’s or PhD-level engineering/science background, hands-on cleanroom experience, strong data analysis and communication skills, and U.S. person authorization; visa sponsorship is not available.
