The role covers coating and cleaning process monitoring, troubleshooting, yield optimization, root-cause analysis, new-product-introduction process qualification, SOP development, and training of operations staff. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant technical field and 2–4 years of experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment, with semiconductor assembly experience valued.
