Description
Continental is hiring a Process Industrialization Engineer to convert product and manufacturing requirements into process specifications, manage recipes, implement and release production processes, support product industrialization, monitor process stability and capability, reduce scrap and variation, and lead continuous improvement. The role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, five years of tire-manufacturing experience, three years in relevant tire processes or automotive business, project-management knowledge, at least two years managing a small group of employees, and good English.
