L&L Products is hiring a Process Engineer (Compounding) to manage safe chemistry and equipment handling, process development, scaleup, trials, process launches, equipment projects, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement in compounding areas. The role requires an A.B.S. or M.S. in a technical field, 2–5 years of manufacturing experience, strong analytical and project-management skills, and knowledge of materials, mechanical and electrical systems; compounding experience is desired but not required.
