Description
The role develops and industrializes discrete wire manufacturing processes for electric motor production, conducts process investigations and capability studies, defines equipment specifications, supports machine specifications and process qualification, resolves manufacturing issues, and drives continuous improvement and process standardization. It requires a bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant engineering discipline, at least five years of process development or manufacturing engineering experience, hands-on experience with winding, wire forming or motor manufacturing, knowledge of DOE and process capability studies, and experience industrializing new manufacturing technologies.
