Description
STMicroelectronics is hiring a Process Senior Engineer to develop, transfer, and release semiconductor processes; characterize and improve processes through DOE and data-driven analysis; establish equipment and process control systems; troubleshoot yield excursions; lead continuous-improvement projects; train shift process engineers; and collaborate with device, quality, equipment, and production teams. The role requires a relevant degree, at least three years of dry-etching or ashing process-engineering experience in a 6-inch or 8-inch fab, and experience with SPC, DOE, FDC, and yield-analysis software.
