Description
Standex International is hiring a Manufacturing Process Engineer to develop, optimize, and sustain manufacturing processes in an electronic or electromechanical assembly environment. The role covers process improvement, production design, router documentation, data analysis, quality and compliance, troubleshooting, project management, training, and sustainability initiatives. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field or equivalent experience, at least three years of manufacturing or process engineering experience, lean manufacturing experience, CAD experience, and familiarity with NPI, DFM, FMEA, and related standards.
