National Vision is hiring an experienced Process Engineer | Engineering Manager for its optical manufacturing lab in Plano, Texas. The role leads continuous improvement, project management, and standardization of human and equipment processes; manages consumable testing, AR and drop-ball testing, equipment installation, maintenance schedules, supplier coordination, quality issues, training, and IT-related lab operations. The position requires a four-year college degree or equivalent experience, 2–4 years of manufacturing process-improvement experience, 2–4 years of project management experience, optical manufacturing or production experience, mechanical aptitude, and intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge.
