Kronospan is hiring a Senior Engineer for its Luxembourg Energy Center to supervise monitoring of installations and energy production, support boiler start-ups and operator training, adjust process and machine parameters, oversee process efficiency and subordinate work, support production objectives, prepare monthly reports, and ensure safe and organized operations. The role also covers R&D strategy, external research cooperation, and production-process optimization. Candidates need an engineering diploma, prior manufacturing experience, MS Office proficiency, business-trip readiness, strong organization, and fluency in English and French; German is a plus.
