Description
Coherent Corp. is hiring an onsite process engineer to improve yield efficiency and lean process flow, execute process, product, and equipment transfers, resolve production-line issues, establish procedures and documentation, and train operators and technicians. The role supports semiconductor, electronics, optoelectronics, and fiber-optics manufacturing operations, with emphasis on laser-module advanced packaging, statistical process control, root-cause analysis, yield enhancement, process qualification, and related manufacturing systems.
