Molex is hiring a Process Engineer (Fiber Optic) in El Salto, Jalisco to design, implement, and optimize production processes for optical connectivity products. The role covers tooling and peripheral design, standard-process documentation, line balancing, engineering changes, production layouts, new manufacturing technologies, and support for 5S, EHS, quality, and Lean programs. Candidates need a degree in industrial, mechatronic, photonic, or related engineering, at least three years of relevant process, new-product-introduction, or product-engineering experience on fiber-optic projects, optical-connector-assembly knowledge, quality and problem-solving tools, statistical knowledge, and conversational English.
