Description
The Process Engineer for Injection Molding will work in Bitburg and handle initial, change, and material sampling, manufacturability assessments, FMEAs, sampling reports, and the optimization and approval of 1K and 2K injection-molding processes. The role also covers process-parameter setup, series-production ramp-ups, work-instruction development, and training of setup technicians, shift supervisors, and production personnel. Candidates should have vocational training in plastics and rubber technology, injection-molding experience, and knowledge of sampling and process optimization; automotive-sector experience and FMEA or automotive-quality-standard knowledge are advantageous.
