BESTpro Personalkonzepte GmbH is hiring a full-time Process Engineer – Foundry Technology / Foundry Quality Engineer in Remscheid for an initial employee-leasing assignment with a possible long-term takeover. The role develops and evaluates quality and process standards, conducts root-cause analyses, supports improvement and technology projects, introduces automated process control systems, plans and evaluates test series, and supports new casting products from technical design through series readiness. The position requires a master’s degree in foundry technology, at least three years of relevant experience, metallurgical and materials-science knowledge, SAP and Microsoft Office skills, and strong German and English proficiency.
