Description
The Manufacturing Process Engineer will support axle assembly manufacturing, improve safety, quality, and productivity, lead equipment delivery and commissioning, conduct process audits and ergonomic evaluations, analyze carrier inventory root causes, develop process and instruction sheets, resolve machining concerns, and drive lean manufacturing and variability-reduction initiatives. The role requires at least five years of related manufacturing process engineering experience, leadership and communication skills, a high school diploma or GED, and is fully onsite.
